He's a quick learner, versatile developer that can contribute across the stack, loyal, and pleasant to work with, and he's willing to adapt to changing needs and focus on the areas of greatest impact. It's been a pleasure working with Sisir for an extended time on my project and I'd take the opportunity to bring him on again with future projects if the opportunity arises. Not only did he contribute significantly in terms of raw code, but he also provided helpful documentation and explanations (with screenshots), and was willing to dig in and do research on new tooling that we eventually adopted into our project.
